How to unlock the What it Takes achievement in Guitar Hero Aerosmith - Definitive Guide

If you have gotten the other online achievements and just want to finish this one as quickly as possible. Play the mode "Battle"... overstrum and the battle will end quickly. Since you don't have to win (just play 20 total) this will work a lot faster than playing 20 full length songs.

Just to add a note, in GHM, a match was when you finished a song, and quit to find someone else to play. So for anyone that doesn't know, playing another song with the same person doesn't count towards the achievement, only the first song does.

I suppose it may have been patched, but I did this with the same person, 20 in a row.

I just finished this achievement with my friend ... Set up 3 seven song battles failed out and it popped for me ... I guess every song counts as a match

I can confirm 3/2/2012 that you can just do best of seven and every dong will count.

I just went through it 1 song at a time, the other person it unlocked for eventually, not sure if it was after 20. Since it didn't pop for me, we tried doing 25 more with them as host but it still didn't pop for me.

Play Battle Mode and Overstrum in the beginning to kill yourself. You Dont have to win or complete the song to make it count just play 20 online Ranked! Battle Modes Good luck finding ppl even though no one plays this anymore

Tips: Make Sure To Have Your Cheat Disabled! If you have them on it wont work

For this you don't have to win just play 20 ranked songs NOT games. Fastest way to do this would be to play Battle Mode (best of seven songs) as you don't have to finish the song to finish the game. If you fail four in a row to lose the battle and repeat this process 4 more times you will unlock the achievement.
