The easiest way to get this achievement is to go into practice mode and practice the songs you cant do until you feel confident.
I had to do this with physcobilly freakout, it took me a week to practice the song, but once i got through it, i completed the rest of the songs.
Free Bird isn't that hard, just make sure you have star power for the solos, some of them are a little difficult but you shouldn't have a problem with getting through this song.
Then the achievement is yours.

Beating Freebird isn't too hard. They key is to make sure you get each first note of the hammeron sequences and keep your timing right. The sequences themselves aren't too tricky, it's just getting them with proper timing that can be a challenge. Make sure you don't waste your star power on sections you know you can do, save it for the tricky bits and take time to notice the pattern in which star power appears. If you're not wasteful you should have more than enough star power saved up from the fairly easy sections to last you through the bits that give most people trouble. Of course you can't be a total GH newbie and beat the song, but if you're a smart player this achievement isn't all that tough to get.

My suggestion for all of the Expert Songs in the last two sets (beginning with "The Trooper" and continuing on to "Free Bird") is to play for survival mode rather than just using your star power to maximize your score. The best advise that I read about any Guitar Hero game is to use your star power as soon as you get into the red, rather than wait until you are flashing red. If you use it when you are just starting the red, then even if you miss a few notes you will still be up to green by the end of Star Power. If you wait until you are almost dead (in the flashing red), chances are that you will continue to miss a few notes at the beginning of star power and will fail the song.
For "Hangar 18", I practiced the "Bigger Riff" until I was able to hit it fairly consistently, and then used my star power when I got into trouble at the solo at the end.
For "Free Bird", I just made sure that I had full star power going into the solo in the middle so that I would be able to make it through. You still need to be able to play well, but only using star power when necessary and being able to hit hammer-ons well will help tremendously in this song.
Of course, for most people HyperSpeed is necessary. To unlock this, go to the main menu and hit "Blue-Orange-Yellow-Orange-Blue-Orange-Yellow-Yellow". Good luck and have a lot of fun with this great game!

Ok the easiest i did this with legit was when i had trouble with a certain song if id fail id practice the part i failed over and over. then like others said save your star power on harder songs till your in red about to fail it helps alot the 2 hardest songs on there are freebird and jordan just for the length and diffacutly practice makes perfect. with enough practice anything is posssible.
Finish Career Mode on Expert Difficulty. Not as hard as it sounds, just use the hammer-ons/pull-offs, keep those combos goin, practice your cord switches, etc.... you will get this in no time, or more like 48 songs time!
