Just try to get 4 stars or more on medium or better. If you have a memory card as well as a hard drive. Don't spend any cash. Keep on collecting until you have $25,000 and more. Create a copy to your memory card. Use the first save to buy the characters. Save and the achievement will unlock. Quit out of the game and replace the new save with the old save. Go to the shop again and buy the guitars and the finishes at the same time. Save and unlock both achievements. You do not need to buy any guitar that you have to unlock. Quit out of the game and replace the new save with the old save. Go to the shop again and buy the outfits. Save and the achievement will unlock. Quit out of the game and replace the new save with the old save. Go to the shop again and buy the songs. Save and the achievement will unlock.

You need to buy the guitars from the shop.

Every band has it's own money and gear so you can't use multiple bands to gather money.

Also you need to buy just the normal guitars, the locked ones do not count towards the achievement.

Follow this guide and for sure u should have enough money and they will unlock. You also don't need to buy the hidden guitars for this achievement to unlock. Just buy all available and Grats.
