Guitar Hero II

Pick co-operative mode and score a 100 note steak between you and your friend, it doesn't matter what difficulty you pick but harder difficulties have more notes while easier ones make it easy to maintain a streak.
The game does not show you your current streak so you have to just keep playing and will pop up eventually during play.
If one of you breaks streak you will both start again from zero.

This achievement can actually be done all by yourself! All you need to do is have an extra controller as a second player (it can be a standard Xbox 360 controller) and play “Crazy On You” on hard, make you sure you’re playing the guitar while the second controller has the bass part. The guitar part has more than a 100 notes before the bass even starts and you can get the achievement without the second controller ever doing anything.
