I did this on Cherry Pie with both me and my friend on easy, my friend on the gutiar and me on my controller.
Pritty easy to do as there isnt any hard bits and there is 519 notes so you can get the 500 note streak aswel.

This can be done any Difficulty. You need 1 other person local to do this. The Shortest song is the game is Trogdor. It is around 1:40 long. To get Trogdor, you have to buy it from the store in Career mode

The Co-Op achievements are a bit more difficult as you not only have to worry about yourself, but someone else as well. I recommend doing this on any song on easy with a bass line.
