Just start up a career and complet 4 out of 5 songs you'll start out with. One you did that, you'll get new songs and the achievement will pop up.

This achievement is Career related and cannot be missed.

This achievement can be earned by completing the first setlist of songs. Upon finishing the encore song the achievement will pop earning you 10G!
