This achievement is extremely easy to get, but very boring unless you genuinely need to use the tutorial.
From the menu, select training and then tutorials, then just follow the on screen instructions.

You can only do the tutorials with a guitar.

This achievements is easy to get the tutorial takes about 5 minutes, but you have to use a guitar not the controller.
On the menu go to training and then tutorials use guitar and follow the instruction.

These are listed in the "Tutorials" section of the main menu. If you pay attention, some of you that are new to the game might learn a few things as it covers basics of notes, chords, hammer-on's, and pull-offs
