If you aim to surpass these scores you'll nail this achievement, it shouldn't cause too much trouble for even the average player, but if you're struggling make sure you're using star power in the best places, don't go and activate it when there aren't many notes to play. Play with which ever guitar controller you feel most comfortable with, personally I use my GH:M controller and lastly don't be afraid to use the Hyperspeed cheat.
On the main menu (the one which lists career, quickplay etc) press; "Blue, Orange, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Yellow". it won't provide the same kind of help it does for the higher difficulties but it will speed up the notes a bit and make playing easy slightly less boring!

Good solution, but I would like to point out that on Easy Career, there are no Encores, so the 6th song in each set cannot be completed. Also, the Easy career ends on the 7th Tier, NOT the 8th.

There you go, I've edited the solution so that it only contains the tracks needed for the achievement.

To get this achievement you need to get five stars on every song in the EASY Career, not including bonus tracks. This isn't difficult at all and you should have no trouble with this, even new comers will be able to do this once they get a feel for the game. See http://www.scorehero.com for 5* cut off charts.
