Simple really. Just enter the GHTV mode on 5 consecutive days. You don't even need to play a song.

Not sure if anybody else has ran into issues with this, but I've logged in 9 days straight now and my achievement counter is stuck at 2. Before anybody asks, I'm sure I've logged in on consecutive days because I've gotten my coins everyday and even got the 5 day bonus. Any help would be appreciated!

its glitched for me as well, this is my fifth day and my five day coins reward, yet my counter is at 60%....
