Guitar Hero Live

The "Loitering" achievement appears to be a bit glitchy, but if you follow the instructions below it should unlock for you.

Start Guitar Hero Live and snap the Achievements app to the side so you can see the achievement tracker, then switch back to Guitar Hero Live. The quickest way to do this is to simply say "Xbox Snap Achievements" and "Xbox Switch".

Once you are in the game, select GHTV (option on the right). Once it loads it will bring up the daily coin bonus screen. At this point you should see the achievement tracker on the snapped app for the "Loitering" achievement increase.

To play it safe, I recommend that you play at least one song in GHTV in full. I played an "On Demand" song each time. I had previously tried just logging in, collecting my coins and turning it off, but the achievement tracker wouldn't increase for me over subsequent days.

After you play a song, quit out back to the Guitar Hero Live main menu (the screen with the GH Live and GHTV options).

Then repeat the above instructions around the same time everyday for 10 days and the achievement will unlock.

On the tenth day, the achievement unlocked for me as soon as the daily coin bonus screen came up without needing to play a song.

Along the way you will also unlock the Animal Magnetism achievement after reaching 5 days.



A couple of things to note:

1. After day 5, the daily coin bonus graphic will go back to day 1, so don't be alarmed if this happens.

2. Log in around the same time every day. It appears that each day resets at midnight GMT, which is 10am AEST in Australia. I logged in around 5.30pm AEST each time.

3. I recommend only logging into GHTV once per day at a specific time, rather than playing it at different times throughout the day. I seemed to have trouble with the achievement tracker if I logged into the game in the morning then later on in the evening.

4. If your achievement tracker already says 60% for example for the "Loitering" achievement before you start going for the achievement, you won't see any movement in the tracker until you reach day 7. So just keep persevering and assume that you are doing everything correct until the tracker increases.
