How to unlock the Strumillionaire achievement in Guitar Hero Live - Definitive Guide
I used a reciprocating saw and wrapped the blade in duct tape so it wouldnt scratch the guitar.. then propped it up laying across the strummer and taped the trigger down on the saw.. You can get anywhere between 600 and 2000 strums per minute if you get the speed right! Just make sure this is your last achievement in case it destroys your strummer!
edit - I turned up the speed even faster than in the video and let it run for 1 hour and it got me from 26% to 35%.. so if you you set the speed perfect you could probably get this achievement done in about 10 hours starting from 0% progress.
edit - Got the achievement today after a few more hours of running it. The stummer still works too haha

As I don't have a reciprocating saw but still wanted to something similar without much effort, I came up with this.
Once again, I'm NOT stealing his idea, I'm giving him full credit, this is just another method that probably more people can do as I'm using an electric mixer with a little bit of cardboard and duct tape. :)
I'm getting anywhere between 500 and 1000 per minute with this method, so it's not quite as efficient as a reciprocating saw, but still good for almost no effort at all.
Enjoy!
Guide for setup:
I used a regular electric mixer, you could probably use similar household objects too.
Remove one as you'll only be needing one.
This is what I used to make this work: Scizzor, Duct Tape, little bit of cardboard.
I then put the cardboard like this.
Some duct tape.
How it looks on the other side. (Use more duct tape if it seems loose)
The finished product:
Either simply hold it while it autostrums on your guitar or duct tape it in some way that you don't even need to hold the mixer!
Before you downvote, Please leave a comment as to why, or how I could make this solution better!
These are all on Expert and I tried to keep the strumming of hammer-ons to a minimum so the numbers could be increased by strumming every note.

To unlock this trophy you need to use your strum bar at least 1 million times across all the songs you play in GHTV from the free channels, premium content and songs on demand. This is a very high number and it's possible it will be the last trophy you earn. It will pop quicker if you're able to play on higher difficulties as there's more notes and so more reason to use your strum bar but otherwise it will still unlock eventually even if you only play on basic.
If you want you can grind for this by playing songs in the free channels and ignoring the notes, instead just strumming as fast as you can throughout the song. Even with this method one million strums is an incredibly high number so it would still take a long time to earn and of course you're just using a cheap plastic guitar so there's no guaranteeing the strum bar will survive the grind. The guitars don't have a reputation for being overly durable so do this at your own risk! However it is an option available to you if you want to push through the final few strums needed for the trophy.
There is a great way to break a guitar, that is, to speed up getting this trophy.
All you need: mom's mixer, electrical tape, thick cardboard (the main thing is that it is solid) and scissors. Follow the link for detailed instructions. https://www.trueachievements.com/vie...tid=960056#vch
