Utilizing the cheat as mentioned in the Achievement Guide for Insane Difficulty Complete, this achievement can be unlocked without having to shoot anything. Just follow the steps below:

1. Start a new game.
2. Activate the cheat using the instructions mentioned in the Achievement Guide for Insane Difficulty Complete.
3. Pause the game and select the 'Gun' option, followed by the 'Missions' option, followed by the 'Main' option, then select the 'Across The Badlands' level.
4. Once the mission has loaded, go back into the pause menu, then select 'Options', then the 'Gun' option, followed by the 'Checkpoints' option and then load the last checkpoint of this mission.
5. The last checkpoint loads at the point where you just need to follow Soapy. Simply, follow him and the mission will be complete.
6. Achievement unlocked.

This mission is exceptionally short. Descend the cliff to the Indian Many Wounds and follow him, after you reach his warriors you will be attacked but this is no real feat. When Many Wounds indicates he will go no further follow Soapy's lead and you will in turn reach the end of the mission.

All you have to do is complete this level while playing the story on any difficulty.

This is story related and cannot be missed. First go down to “Many Wounds”, get on the horse and follow him to the destination. Once you reach the house you will encounter some enemies on horses, make sure that Soapy and Many Wounds do not die and kill all of the enemies. After the fight, follow Soapy to the next destination. When you reach the mountain, continue to follow Soapy as he goes up the mountain, there are a few Mountain Lions there but it's nothing too difficult, once you reach the top of the mountain the achievement will unlock.
