To get this achievement, you must complete all 7 of the Ranch Hand missions. Watch the videos for help:

Utilizing the cheat as mentioned in the Achievement Guide for Insane Difficulty Complete, this achievement can be unlocked by only having to complete the last Horse Challenge mission. Just follow the steps below:
1. Start a new game.
2. Activate the cheat using the instructions mentioned in the Achievement Guide for Insane Difficulty Complete.
3. Pause the game and select the 'Gun' option, followed by the 'Missions' option, followed by the 'Side' option, then select the 'SM - Horse Challenges' level and then select the final stage.
4. Once the mission has loaded, simply complete the side mission as normal.
5. Achievement unlocked.

Refer to “Bounty Hunter” for more information.For this achievement you need to complete all of the Ranch Hand missions, they are all fairly straightforward and mostly require you to heard or protect animals. To start these missions press 
to talk to the Rancher outside his house. There are seven missions in total and the achievement will unlock when you complete them all.
