on the main menu select xbox live and with a second controller plugged in using the second controller sign in to the game as a guest then start up a death match game and just let the other player stand there while you kill them and get the 20 kills in a row with out dying achievement this is how it unlocked for me

You can easily get this by creating your own map, placing 4 blue and 4 red spawn points in it. Then host a match with 1 more player or guest account and enough kills to pop the achievements.
