How to unlock the You Are Not My Queen achievement in Guncraft Blocked and Loaded - Definitive Guide
This achievement must be obtained in the "Paranoia" game mode. In it, one character is designated as the Zombie Queen, and the others are humans. The Queen must stay alive and kill the humans using the melee to finish them off (they won't die otherwise), which then switches the slain to the zombie team.
This achievement requires you to be the human character that kills the person picked as the Zombie Queen a total of 50 times. If you are chosen as the Queen, you cannot make any progress towards this achievement during that round of play.
it is recommended that you play on the "Flatland" map, both to load the level quickly and to have the players spawn close by. After loading, there is a grace period of 15 seconds before the round starts. After starting, there is another 10-second delay before someone is randomly chosen as the Queen. If only one person has chosen a loadout, the game will wait until more have joined before choosing the queen, so you cannot force one player to always be the queen.
If playing alone with a guest account, (or with a friend who doesn't need this achievement), first run up to the guest character and wait for the Queen to be chosen. If you are made the queen, quickly melee by clicking the right stick () to kill the guest in one hit. If the guest becomes the Queen, unload your weapon into them until they die. After that, quickly hit to speed through the menus and restart a new round, making sure to select loadouts for both characters.
If playing with another player who needs the achievement, then follow the above, but let the human player always kill the Queen. You can have both players aim and fire away at each other while waiting for the pick; the Queen can only kill via melee, so they will be the only one to die. It is not recommended to play with more than two people, unless you are also working on the Zombicide achievement as well.
Repeat this at least 50 times (more if your character is made the Zombie Queen) to earn

Open question to anyone that is actually playing this: Playing with two people means that both must be ready before a Queen is chosen. If more than two people play, does it wait for all players to be ready with a loadout for the Queen to be chosen? Or is it possible to limit the choice to the first two or so people to ready up their loadout, thus allowing a third person to always be human and always have the option of killing the Queen?
