You get more XP from winning a match, getting MVP in a game and bonus XP from your first win of the day
Also, don't confuse Battle Pass Level with Player Level, only Player Level matters for this achievement, you can check what level you are from your profile on the main menu or by viewing the player list in a match by pressing
