This can be done very easily on the 4th mission.
You will start off with a sniper rifle, and there will be tons of enemies to hit in the open. Just time your shots perfectly. The enemies dont move much, but when they do, they follow the same pattern so just wait until they crouth down to get a clear headshot.

Thumbs up. Do you know what has to be done to get the multi head shot cheeve? There is no solution and I tried it as person to person and person to mech with possibly the wrong gun? I assume it is mech to mech and you need a decent head shot gun. Thanks Troy.

No clue....I tried and had the same issues with it. Sorry. If I ever come across the solution, I will post it up.

You can also get the following achievement as well as the Sharpshooter(Single) one.
Solution for Master Sniper(Single) In Mobile Suit Gundam Operation: Troy
I managed to get this achievement in the E.F.F. campaign on MISSION 04. You will spawn as the Sniper class.
This mission has enough enemies on to get this achievement easily. Simply aim down the sights (click in the Right Analogue Stick twice) and start shooting away.
Remember to run back to the Health and Ammo crates if you are low on supplies or need healing.

The other guides are great, just want to say if you put it on easy you can also pop this on level 1 or 2.
Just get close and aim down the sights.
Normally the enemies crouch to shoot you.
