This game has two campaigns you will need to play through, as the E.F.F. and the ZEON.
Each campaign has 5 missions associated with it. The missions only take about 20 minutes each to beat, meaning this will only take ~3 hours to unlock.
It should also be noted that the difficulty related achievements (EASY, NORMAL and HARD) are stackable. That being the case, you should play straight through on HARD difficulty to minimise playthroughs needed.
Remember to run back to the Health and Ammo crates if you are low on supplies or need healing.
