This is your first boss fight and it took me a couple of attempts to beat him. He's really not that hard if you play it safely. But it does depend a lot of what weapons you have on you by the time you get there.
I had Argus equipped which had also been upgraded at the Craftsman. Its also highly likely that the starting character, Crown Prince will be your only choice here. Use your
attack to bind him in chains for a few sec9nds. When you do this, throw some grenades at him and open fire. He will rush back and recharge his shields, but any damage to his health will remain.
Whenever he uses any atta k at you, jump and press
with any direction to dash out the way and avoid critical damage. Just make sure to keep throwing grenades at him and binding him in chains before opening fire. He will soon fall and your achievement will unlock. Then you can reap the rewards and move on to the next level.

This one is difficult so here's the best way to beat him. He has shield so you will want to bring an electric weapon to remove it really fast, once that's gone you will be able to remove health so try your best to head shot as much as you can. After the shield is broken there will be some time that you can remove his health til he goes back to his spawn to recharge, again make sure you use an electric weapon on shield. Now onto the attacks, he cycles through a few attacks that are easy to avoid with good timing and the shift move. Now onto the "rounds", when he goes back to his spawn to recharge enemy's will spawn from the right and left so make sure you avoid/kill them. They are really low health but can cost you the game if you aren't careful
