How to unlock the Everlasting Martyr achievement in Gunfire Reborn - Definitive Guide
Best to do this one solo if possible. There is currently a bug in Mp games where if you perform a certain action your character will lock up with the reticle angled and unable to switch or use your weapons.
It appears to only affect anyone that isn’t the host of said party.
I have not beaten him while this occurs so I can’t confirm if after clearing the stage players will reset but this will definitely require a patch from the dev to fix.
Update: After scouring discord and Reddit it appears the issue is from Crown Prince’s (Cat) 1st skill, energy orb. Don’t use this during the fight and you should have no issues.

The Golem boss isn't any more difficult than Lu Wu IMO, the real difference is the area of weakpoints and his assortment of attacks. The weakpoint is a hole with a green light centered on his chest where firing weapons there do the most damage. Launcher or sniper-type weapons using either large or special ammo work very well in this area. But more importantly you want your other special weapon to be a high-magazine normal ammo rifle or SMG-type weapon (or possibly even a large/special ammo shotgun) with a great rate of fire for when you defend against flying green-lighted rock projectiles Golem summons from the sky as you work down his life bar. He'll start with summoning a green energy beam from his chest (the screen will begin flashing red as a warning for you to take cover before you take damage. Covering behind one of the rock pillars will give you this protection, as well as any of the rock projectiles homing towards you.) It'll also fire off a set or rocket punches with his fists (you'll see red circles on the ground where you need to get out of before the attacks land and do damage) and also slam his fists down if you're too close to him. It's very possible to defeat him in your first encounter (which I did) if you catch on to the mechanics of the game early.
