Lucky Draw is a very luck-based achievement that requires you to obtain a weapon with two or more exclusive inscriptions. It doesn't require any skill to do, but it takes a lot of luck depending on how often you find weapons and whether you have your weapon Talents up. You should be looking for weapons normally as you play the game and open chests and vaults. The best way to get this achievement is to upgrade your Exclusive Inscription talent in the Weapon category, which increases the chance of finding weapons with exclusive inscriptions.
