In order to do this you must have a weapon that is able to be re-forged and be be far enough in your run that you have 2100+ gold. Simply upgrade your weapons as much as you want and then re-forge repeatedly until you have your achievement. Or to keep things simpler and exactly 2100 gold, simply re-forge 7 times.
