Easy achievement to get. You just have to use this ability 100 times once you will get this. This ability will acquired at first level of the game, called "Big Wall". There is going to be a tutorial section for this in that level.
In order to use this ability once you have acquired it, just simply press
while standing still. Very useable to deflect missiles back to sender.

You don't need to use this ability on rockets. It still counts, even if there are no enemy
