Easy one to get best got on easy mode but can be got on any difficulty. Not sure if it counted 100 charges when I did it or if each shot when charged counted as a use.
While playing as either male character press
to switch fire mode from auto (showing multiple bullets in the top left) to manual (showing single bullet top left). Easy way to check what one you currently have on is to press and hold 
as if set to auto will just continuously fire when manual will fire then stop.
In manual hold down till the character flashes then release . You can release before the full charge but not sure if there is a damage difference between full or part charged. Character will fire four shots before you need to repeat the charge action.

I'm not sure this works with Bunji. His charge is technically called magnum shot, and I spent the last half hour to hour grinding his out to no avail.

I'm now 95% sure this has to be done with Grave but also almost as sure that each bullet that's charged counts, and it seems to be faster to charge 4 than to repeatedly charge one.

Not that simple, poor lazy guide. The other guide is much better. Single fire mode wasn’t specified so I sat here doing it in auto fire mode and got a different achievement.
This one requires you to be in single fire and hold RT until your arms have blue energy and then you release RT.
Burst mode requires you to be in automatic fire and you just hold RT while not moving.

If you full charge and then hold forward you'll fire 4 in quick succession and it will go by quicker.
