The score-based achievements should unlock naturally as you play but if you would like to speed things up you can destroy the Tree on Stage 1 for bonus score.
On Stage 2 you can destroy two trees for bonus score.
On Stage 3 you can destroy the tree and the boat for bonus score and shoot the goldfish and collect the coins.
