The achievement is to won 25 infection games and with below solution you can do it quickly with ONE controller only.

1. Start Shoot > FFA > Any room should be okay
2. Click Ready then highlight Death Match and change to "Infection"
3. Click "Start" and wait for loading
4. Once game start , click start > End Rounds now
5. It will count as a win and the achievement progress (you can snap the achievement track)
6. Click Ready and start to repeat and it should take less than 10 mins

Can all be obtained in local spilt screen.

Burninator:- Kill 100 Players with the Flamethrower
Slice-n-Dice:- Kill 100 Players with the ID Disc
Trapper:- Kill 50 players with the Speargun
Boxer:- Punched 50 players to death
Assassin:- Backstabbed 5 players with the knife
Serial Killer:- 1000 Player Kills

Vs Match Specific
Kill em All:- Played first FFA Death Match
Champion:- Win 50 Death Match Games
Contagious:- Played first Infection Game
Hazmat:- Won 25 Infection Games
Survivor:- Won 25 Survival Games
Man with the Gun:- Played first gun game
Flag Bearer:- Played first team CTF fame
Flag Runner:- Won 25 CTF games
Flag Hog:- Stole 25 Flags
Mr Assist:- Returned 25 Flags

Misc
Suicidal:- Killed yourself 50 times
Slip-n-Slide:- Froze the ground & did a slide
