After finishing a game on a map you'll be given the option to vote a map up or down. Voting up pops this achievement.
If you're looking for a map to vote up, I recommend "TA Weapons Room". It's very useful for boosting many of the kill-based achievements.

How do you search for maps ex TA weapons room?

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to vote on maps. Played a few, but no vote options have appeared anywhere.
OK, think I figured it out, seems you can't vote on co-op maps? Loaded up a random FFA map and at the end it gave me the option to vote.

For this trophy, after loading up the game, peruse the featured maps and pick any of them to play. After picking one to play, start a match and end the match through the pause menu right afterward. You will be given the opportunity to choose a rating for the map you played on. Just rate the map with a thumbs up to get this trophy.
