In order to unlock this achievement you will need to play nine unit cards in either the melee or ranged row.
This will likely to come in natural game play however it is advantageous to do it is as few turns possible to give your opponent less time to destroy your cards and to ensure your are not draining your hand to fill the line.
You can do this in two turns with a monsters deck with the Germain Piquant card and the Arachas Nest card. The combined value of scrap required to craft both cards is 230.
Germain will spawn two cards either side of him when deployed and the Arachas nest will spawn four cards to the row on the following turn. As long as you opponent has not destroyed any cards in between the achievement will unlock

I unlocked this achievement when my opponent had 9 units on a row. Maybe it’ll get patched
