To unlock this achievement, you need to have cards from 5 different factions in your deck, and actually play them all before the match ends.
The absolute easiest way to do this is by playing Arena matches. It makes you build a deck of randomly selected cards, and if you pay attention at all you can stack your deck with cards from every faction. The card factions are signified by the colored backgrounds behind their names, as well as the colors behind the numbers on the face of the card: Red for Monsters, Black for Nilfgaard, Blue for Northern Realms, Green for Scoia'tael, and Purple for Skellige.
Now all you need to do is play one from each faction during a match. Unless you have extremely poor luck or a very lopsided balance of factions in your deck, you can get this achievement without even trying. So you should have no trouble at all actually going for it.

EDIT 2: Apparently a work around has been found for obtaining this outside of arena. Ignore all the below 🤣
“Baptized with Fire” is this also discontinued? I cannot create a deck with a blend of all the faction colors as it locks card choices to only those with the same color as your faction leader and/or neutrals. Regardless of filters 😢
EDIT: I’m gonna go with a yes “Baptized with Fire” is also discontinued as Arena was disabled 9 Dec and per TA none have won this achievo since 8 Dec.
