How to unlock the Common Denominator achievement in GWENT: The Witcher Card Game - Definitive Guide
You should play on casual "Classic" with the Ranked Progression box unchecked because you'll run into fewer highly skilled players with highly optimized decks, but even so, you may need to play for a bit to get this one.
Here's the deck I used:
Leader: Filavandrel Aen Fidhail
Golden Froth
Epidemic
Thunderbolt x2
Lacerate
Bone Talisman x2
Hawker Smuggler x2
Mahakam Marauder x2
Alzur's Thunder
Swallow
Incinerating Trap
Mahakam Defender x2
Panther
Vrihedd Officer x2
Dimeritum Shackles
Elven Wardancer x2
Sage x2
Dol Blathanna Bowman
The idea behind this deck is to get as many units that are constantly being boosted onto the field as possible. These units are Hawker Smuggler and Mahakam Marauder. A great round 1 would be getting a Mahakam Marauder out when you have the 1st play and immediately using Tactical Advantage to boost it up to a 9 (10 when the turn ends).
If you have multiple units that benefit from boosts in your hand (Elven Wardancer, Mahakam Defenders, and Mahakam Marauders), consider using your leader ability to boost them.
The deck is pretty basic, but using some well-timed Lacerate, Bone Talismans, and Golden Froth cards can make hefty point swings later in a round.
As with many things in Gwent, part of it is just luck. I also happened to get the Napoleon Complex while using this deck (destroy a Gold/Legendary card with a Common/Bronze ally).

The easiest way to build a deck of beasts is on wills and prosperity. Leader Leshy - really decides in the third round. Mandatory cards are oslyzg, griffin and ghouls. The first two make good use of will cards, and ghouls are a great round finisher when you have a lot of cards in your discard pile. The Ice Troll plays very well - you will always have fewer cards on the field than your opponent. Well, I recommend taking Mahakam ale - it will help unblock your Oslizg if something happens.

Can be done in a friendly match.

One option is to wait for the special "Arena" mode when only bronze cards are available. I think it's called "Pawn Beats King". Then all players find themselves on equal terms. This also helps in obtaining many in-game "contracts".
