How to unlock the Your wish is our command achievement in GWENT: The Witcher Card Game - Definitive Guide
Update 12/08/19
The latest update has changed some of the card abilities which make the original solution invalid.
This achievement can still be obtained using the Northern Realms once the setup is done you can lay one card and use the charges in one turn.
The card that you require is Vissegerd (200 scrap). His ability grants him one charge for each boosted unit on the board. He starts with one charge. For each charge he damages an enemy unit by one.
Ultimately you want to have nine boosted units on the board and then play Vissegerd. To this end you want to have a deck containing a number of boosting cards Wyvern Scale Shield for example is helpful. Yennifer of Vengenburg is slightly pricey but can give a boost to all cards when played in ranged. Also as a leader King Demavend will give two charges so you only need 7 boosted cards. Finally it would be useful to have cards which spawn more than one card so Germain Piquant and the three Witchers.
It may take a few tries for an optimum draw however the issue will be you opponent. First you need them to have a strength of 10 on the board to damage them. (Not usually a problem). Ideally you want to have a hand with Vissegerd, Yennifer, one of the three Witchers and Germain. Realistically to avoid interference you need them to pass with at least 3 turns left. Either through overwhelming or by your opponent being so far ahead. You would have already laid the Witcher. Then lay Germain, Yennifer and then Vissegerd. You will probably have enough charges by this point however if not use your leader power. Then use 10 charges for damage and the achievement will unlock.
Good Luck
Original Solution
First use deck builder to create a Northern Realms deck. While King Demavend III will grant an additional charge on a two turn cooldown any leader will do. I used King Foltest who is unlocked in the tutorial.
You need to add the following cards
Bloody Baron (800 scrap) doubles an allied units charge count
Siege Support x2 (30 scrap each) give two charges to a machine ally
You will also need to add at least one machine units. For this you can use the ballista, reinforced ballista, trebuchet or siege tower. These range from 30 to 80 scrap. My preference would be the siege tower as the orders can be used even if there are no enemies on the opposite side. I added two to my deck.
You may populate your deck as you see fit however I would suggest including a royal decree (if you have the scrap) just in case your cards are not drawn.
Now start a game. In your hand you will want the Bloody Baron, 2 x Siege Support and one machine unit card. Try to redrawn until you have them all or at least two and the Royal decree if you have added them.
The goal now is to lay your machine card for one charge. Then follow this up on the following two turns with the Siege Support for two charges a piece. Now you have a total of five charges you can lay the Bloody Baron which will double the charge count to 10. Now use them all in the same turn and the achievement will pop.
As mentioned the best machine card to use is the siege tower which boosts the adjacent two units on the melee row by one each. This ability can be used as longs as you have at least one adjacent unit. For the others your opponent will need upward of 10 and in some cases 20 strength to use all charges.
There is a degree of luck required based on your opponents strength and particularly if their deck is build to do large damage. Some tips to avoid this are
- Attempt this when you have the first turn. Use the boost to increase the strength of the siege tower to 8 immediately and if you have King Foltest as leader use all three boosts to bump the card to 11. This will not eliminate the possibility of the card being destroyed but will lessen the chances.
- Look top overwhelm your opponent before laying the machine card in the hope they will pass. Sihil is always good to encourage passing. Having the Eskel, Lambert or Vesemir in your hand will give a head start as will using the Vernon Roche card. Finally using two Wyvern Scale Shields on the Tridam Infantry is also useful in encouraging passing.
Good luck.

I used Saesenthessis: Blaze in conjunction with this guided. Worked out in the second game I played!

Can be done without any problems using the Northern Kingdoms deck on orders with Foltest. At the start, choose and play two crossbowmen, then any cards with orders. After a couple of moves, place the Saesentessis dragon and use Foltest’s ability on it. As a result, you will have 5 charges for crossbowmen (2+3) and 5 charges for the dragon. Perhaps even more if the orders of other cards were not leaked. You pour everything into the enemy units and the trophy is in your pocket.

Vysogota from Corvo can also help, place him at the beginning of the round and for each card played by the players an order will be added, if you are very worried about his life, use Avallakh and his ability.
