How to unlock the Mission Impossible achievement in GWENT: The Witcher Card Game - Definitive Guide
I managed to get this using the Geralt:Igni card. It destroys the highest card on a row if the combined total of all the cards is 20 or higher.
The things to look out for are cards with have the key word "Destroy" and enemy cards with an Immune symbol in the bottom left (Two green dots I believe). You can search for Destroy cards in the deck builder to find one that suits you. I recommend either Geralt of Rivia, Geralt: Igni, Glorious Hunt, Scorch.
Eredin Breacc Glas is a leader card for the monster faction and is able to boost a unit by 3 and give it Immune. This is a good set up for you to use a destroy card on.
A lot of this is just luck, but I would recommend using your own deck rather than playing in Arena just to increase your chances.

Did it in practice, casual, and ranked using Eredin and Scorch on my own and enemy units that were immune. No achievement.

You can play the Saesentessis dragon in a rating match, it initially has an invulnerability value and play the Execution card, destroying the strongest card on the field (provided that the Saesentess dragon card was the highest)
