How to unlock the Quintuplets achievement in GWENT: The Witcher Card Game - Definitive Guide
You would think this would be difficult, but there is an easy method to get this.
First things first, this has to be done in one round. They all need to be deployed in the same round or it doesn't count.
Second, you need two copies of the Monsters card "Arachas Nest." Using it spawns 4 identical monsters to your field. Using it twice obviously meets the requirements of the achievement.
There are only two minor snags here:
1.) Feel your opponent out. Whether it is AI or human, you need to be sure they don't have a setup that can wipe your field with easy ability usage. The monsters that are Spawned only have one health, so they can die easily. Typically the best rounds to do this will be two or three. Round Two is usually a round in which the winner of the last round just passes instantly, so playing your cards without risk of harm would be wise. Round Three is usually a "play every single card you have" type, so you have a chance to get it there too. No one is going to waste damage abilities on your 1-Health wonders when you have stronger cards on the field. Consider putting down something big first.
2.) You have to actually draw both cards. Both of them need to be in your hand during a round. If you draw one during the first round, consider saving it and hoping you get the second one in another round. Alternatively, you could redraw cards in your hand to increase your odds of getting it right away. This step is virtually all luck-based though, so good luck.
The achievement will unlock once you have met the requirements during the round.

I'm going to assume it doesn't. I don't think you can unlock very many achievements in Practice Mode, if you can unlock any at all.

Well I just unlocked this is a casual match but it didn’t unlock until I played the sixth card with an equal value.
