To make it easy, wait til your opponent passes the round with at least one low-power enemy on the battlefield. Then play Gaunter O'Dimm and mark a unit as Doomed. Next turn, play Shupe's Day Off and pick a version of Shupe (this is the Doomed ally card you need) then pick one of Shupe's damaging abilities to kill the Doomed enemy you previously marked with Gaunter.
