Well, for the ones who prefer text: there are indeed just 4 type of enemies you need to freeze.
You need to wait until you get the freezing can (then you use LB to aim and RT to shoot - also it doesn't kill the monsters, hence it won't spoil your no-kills PT), don't worry, the freezing can is part of the story, you have to get it, it's in the Arts Center.
In said Arts Center you can freeze 3 out of 4: the creepy clone, the crow and the regular monster (the one which appears 1st in the game and it's kinda everywhere). The 4th you either can go back to the Auditorium after leaving the Arts Center (head left after leaving, instead of going forward to the way point), and you got the 4th roaming around as you enter it.
Or, just go ahead into the Basketball Court (waypoint) , going forward with the story, and you can find one there as well (personally, I made a quick detour back to the Auditorium, it's really near and I was sure the dude was right there at the entrance). It's quite easy.
