NOTE: If you are going for the "Avoid Conflict" Achievement, once you unlock this achievement, exit out to the Main Menu and resume the game. It will reset your kill counter back to 0.

This Achievement can be earned pretty early on in the game.

After Leaving the Infirmary and sneaking through the Ventilation shaft, you'll approach a green switch next to an electrical puddle. Interact with the green switch to turn off the current, then use the flashlight on the monster to get its attention and it'll start chasing you, run back to the switch, and turn it back on to turn the current back on, shocking the monster and earning the Achievement.
