This is the achievement for finishing the storyline and cannot be missed or skipped. Keep going to new places and make sure you have at least the first (far left) medal in each level for all levels and you will get this eventually!

Can you clarify when this achievement should appear?
I've defeated Everett, and received the 'Stage complete' message on Stage 11, and received the first award on my main page, but this achievement has not unlocked.
Do I now need to complete all the awards on Stage 11 to get this achievement
I've completed the game twice to this stage, and it hasn't unlocked either time, so I'm beginning to think I'm doign something wrong / have a glitched copy of the game.

was definitely a glitched version. I redownloaded the game, and played through again. the achievement unlocks as soon as the 'game complete' message appears.
