For this achievement you need certain affinity’s ( friendship hearts) with certain characters and certain dialogues to appear . I wasted a lot of hours trying getting this achievement to finish the game .
You need full Affinity with Nyx , Megaera , Sisyphus. You may need it with Hades and Thanatos aswell.
Once you fully nectar Sisyphus till his next heart is locked keep talking to him everytime you can and eventually you will be able to talk to and gift Bouldy nectars . Keep doing this everytime you can . Once you do this enough you need to talk to Megaera in the lounge and there will be dialogue and a promise about Sisyphus. To get Megaera to appear in the lounge you need to kill her in that run and then she has a chance to spawn in the lounge but may be talking to another character . Just keep gifting bouldy ( you can gift him indefinitely, I don’t know what exact number is needed ) and hoping when you kill her hope she gives you the dialogue . Once she’s done you will get a dialogue with hades asking if it’s possible to change his punishment or something like that . Once you get that to trigger eventually you will get a dialogue from Nyx telling you where to find his punishment in administration chamber . Once you get it you can buy it from the house contractor for 4 diamonds . After that the next time you run into Sisyphus you will be able to gift him ambrosia, you will get his companion pet and the prophecy will be done. Once you collect it from your bed chambers the achievement will pop.

Does "full Affinity" include those extra hearts to romance characters with Ambrosia, or is up to that point good enough?

As you cannot get 100 % of Sisyphus' hearts, you only need to get him up to the locked heart. I had Nyx, Meg & Hades at 100 % and 1 or 2 missing from Than, when I was able to get the contract (not unlocked, yet, because Sis is shy and I still need to find him again).

). Also, you must have purchased the "Fated List of Minor Prophecies" job from the House Contractor.
The "End to Torment" prophecy states: "The son of the god of the dead shall make certain attempts to aid the shade of a crafty king, forced to toil eternally, hefting his boulder in Tartarus. – Find a way to pardon Sisyphus." Completing it rewards you with 4 Ambrosia.
The prophecy is essentially to complete Sisyphus' Favor quest (see Grown Close for more about Affinity and Favors). It has a lot of requirements before you can complete Sisyphus' Favor and thus complete the prophecy.
First, to get the quest, you'll need to have 6 Hearts with Sisyphus (from giving him Nectar) and will need to have interacted with and spoken to Bouldy (the boulder he leans against) at least once. When you've done all that, continue talking to Sisyphus until Zagreus says the following: "Sisyphus, I know you tend to be in remarkably good spirits, all things considered, but there must be something I can do to help with your predicament, isn't there?"
This will give you the prophecy and begin the Favor quest. After that, you'll need to have met the following requirements to be able to complete it:

- Access to the Administrative Chamber
- Have at least 5 Hearts with Megaera and have spoken to her about Sisyphus
- Have at least 5 Hearts with Nyx and have spoken to her about the Admin Chamber (Note: This can be done while doing Musician and Muse )
- Have a conversation with Nyx about Sisyphus, during which she will tell you where to find his document in the Admin Chamber
Once you've done all that, go into the Admin Chamber and find the document. Finally, speak to the House Contractor and buy the new "Knave-King's Sentence", which you'll find under the Work Orders tab and costs 4 Diamonds.
After this, the next time you speak to Sisyphus will complete the Favor quest and thus the prophecy, and the trophy will pop.
