You can check the status of any outstanding prophecies you have at the Fated List of Minor Prophecies (aka the prophecy table as I call it, which needs to be unlocked from the house contractor for 20 gems).
I got this after attempt 50 or so. When selecting boons, you can see one's you haven't selected yet for each god and it will say "Fated Choice". Just keep working your way through the list of prophecies and you will get this eventually. Some are obviously more difficult/lengthy than others and are RNG/luck-based depending on how each run goes.

Prophecies are essentially this game's versions of quests. Many prophecies will come just by exploration and trying new things, while others are specifically for someone's personal Favor side-quest. First and foremost, before anything, you'll need to purchase the "Fated List of Minor Prophecies" job from the House Contractor for 20 Gemstones. To do that, you first need to buy the "Fountain Chamber, Tartarus" job, which is free, because it's part of the story. Once you buy that, the Fated List will appear on the list, available to purchase. After you buy it, from then on, you'll be able to find the book of prophecies located in your bedchamber, on the desk immediately to the left as you walk in the room.
There are a total of 55 Prophecies to complete, many of which you'll need to discover before they appear on the list. To get this trophy, you'll need to complete any 15 of those 55. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about this trophy. For one thing, not only are 10 of the other trophies on this list specifically for doing certain prophecies, but many other trophies will also give you completed prophecies along the way. In other words, by the time you complete the trophies on this list, you'll have completed way more than just 15 Prophecies, even if you never look at any not specifically mentioned in the trophies.
One thing I'd suggest you do pay attention to, though, is looking for Boons, Deadalus Hammer upgrades, and Well of Charon items you have never used or bought before. Each Olympian God has their own prophecy to get all of their Boons, each weapon has their own prophecy for the Hammer upgrades, and one for Well items. That's 9+6+1=16 prophecies right there, and that's something you can easily work on as you do your runs. You don't even need to know which ones you have and have not gotten because there will be a prophecy icon (looks like scrolls) on the Boons/items you have never picked up before. Plus, if you hover over it, on the right hand side of the screen, it will say that it has been prophesied that you will take it.
