Here is a more comprehensive guide:
After you have unlocked the 6 different weapons, each weapon will have 3 aspects (in addition to the "Aspect of Zagreus" that you start with) that need to be unlocked using Titan Blood. However, in order to unlock the third aspect of a particular weapon, its hidden aspect, you need to first reveal it by using the corresponding "waking-phrase" that you get from a particular character.
Revealing Hidden Aspects:
Varatha, the Eternal Spear - Aspect of Guan Yu
- Purchase the Fated List of Minor Prophecies from the House Contractor
- Reach the final boss (you do not have to defeat the final boss)
- Unlock any 5 weapon aspects (obviously neither Zagreus nor hidden aspects)
- Interact with Achilles until he gives the waking-phrase
Stygius, the Blade of the Underworld - Aspect of Arthur
- Reveal the Aspect of Guan Yu
- Spend at least 5 Titan Blood on upgrades to Stygius aspects (Note: I recommend maxing out the Aspect of Zagreus, because you need to do this anyway to receive a Cthonic Companion from Skelly)
- Interact with Nyx until she gives the waking-phrase
Aegis, the Shield of Chaos - Aspect of Beowulf
- Reveal the Aspect of Guan Yu
- Spend at least 5 Titan Blood on upgrades to Aegis aspects
- Interact with Chaos while equipped with Aegis and receive the following dialogue:
Coronacht, the Heart-Seeking Bow - Aspect of Rama
- Reveal the Aspect of Guan Yu
- Spend at least 5 Titan Blood on upgrades to Coronacht aspects
- Interact with Artemis while equipped with Coronacht and receive the following dialogue:
Malphon, the Twin Fists - Aspect of Gilgamesh
- Reveal the Aspect of Guan Yu
- Spend at least 5 Titan Blood on upgrades to Malphon aspects
- Interact with Asterius (without Theseus) while equipped with Malphon and receive the following dialogue:
Exagryph, the Adamant Rail - Aspect of Lucifer
- Reveal the Aspect of Guan Yu
- Spend at least 5 Titan Blood on upgrades to Exagryph aspects
- Interact with Zeus until he gives the waking-phrase
Unlocking Weapon Aspects:
To unlock every aspect for each weapon, the first aspect costs 1 Titan Blood, the second aspect costs 2 Titan Blood, and the hidden aspect costs 3 Titan Blood. And, to reveal every hidden aspect, you need to invest at least 5 Titan Blood into 5 of the weapons (every weapon except Varatha). So, if my calculations are correct, this achievement requires a minimum of 61 Titan Blood!
This seems like a lot, but remember that you get 2 Titan Blood (one from the first boss and one from the final boss) for every successful run with a particular weapon at a record Heat level (use the Pact of Punishment). There are also prophecies that reward a lot of Titan Blood, so aim to complete those too.
For reference, by the time I had completed some rewarding prophecies and I had done successful runs with each weapon at Heat levels of 0, 1, and 2, I had enough Titan Blood to unlock every weapon aspect.

After you unlock all the weapons, you will get the option to reveal different 4 aspects for each weapon. They give bonus stats, and some have slightly different move sets.
Right away you’ll have access to 3, the base aspect, and 2 other aspects that can be purchased for Titan blood. The last aspect on each is hidden. Unlocking it comes down to performing different tasks that prompt dialogues with the right characters, who give you a phrase to unlock the aspect. These conversations are more or less random, and some need certain triggers.
The unlocks are:
-Guan Yu (spear): trigger a certain dialogue with Achilles. This conversation is random, so make sure you talk to Achilles on the west wing after every run. He’ll mention it in a conversation, and you can run into your weapon room to reveal the aspect
-Aspect of Arthur (sword): like Guan Yu, Arthur is unlocked by having enough conversations with Nyx that she mentions it. Make sure you talk to her whenever you can after a run, and eventually she’ll give Zagreus the phrase
-Aspect of Gilgamesh (fists): unlocked by running into the Minotaur miniboss in Elysium WHILE the fists are equipped. This one can be very RNG, as there’s no guarantee if you even make it to elysium that you’ll fight Asterius as the miniboss. The final boss room with Theseus doesn’t count, so keep using the fists and picking doors that have the skull icon under their reward (these indicate minibosses/challenge rooms)
-Aspect of Beowulf (shield): given to you by talking to Chaos. Throughout runs you’ll a multicolor eye panel on the floor. After clearing the room inside, you can go in the now open portal for health. Inside these you can talk to chaos. Like Achilles and Nyx, he (they?) will eventually give you the phrase to activate this aspect.
-Aspect of Lucifer (gun): given by talking to Zeus. After picking up so many of his boons during runs, he will mention the weapon and give you the phrase, much like the rest of them
-Aspect of Rama (bow): like the others, it’s given by having enough dialogues with Artemis. Eventually she will give you the phrase to unlock this for the bow

You forgot to mention a crucial piece of information - you need 5 titan blood invested in the weapon to be eligible for the hidden aspect unlock.

For the comment above, I just unlocked the hidden aspect for the spear having only spent 3 blood on it, so this isn't true.

With 4 Aspects for each of the 6 Infernal Arms, there are a total of 24 Aspects, all of which you'll have to unlock for this trophy. The first 18 are very simple to unlock and will just require a fair amount of Titan Blood. The remaining 6 are more complicated, and are known as Hidden Aspects. Each has requirements that must be met, but even once you've done so, there's another special step; each Hidden Aspect has a secret "pass-phrase"; a phrase that Zagreus must hear from a specific person before the Aspect can be unlocked. Even if you know the phrase, you can't enter it; you must hear it from that person. Once you do, the next time you interact with the weapon, the final Aspect will be unveiled. After that, all you need is 3 Titan Blood and you can unlock it!

2. Aspect of Chiron - Unlock: 1 Titan Blood - Leveling: 1/2/3/4/5 Titan Blood (Total: 15 Titan Blood)
3. Aspect of Hera - Unlock: 2 Titan Blood - Leveling: 2/2/3/4/5 Titan Blood (Total: 16 Titan Blood)
4. Aspect of Rama* - Unlock: 3 Titan Blood - Leveling: 3/3/3/3/3 Titan Blood (Total: 15 Titan Blood)
* Hidden Aspect Requirements:
- Eternal Spear's Hidden Aspect "Aspect of Guan Yu" revealed
- At least 5 Titan Blood invested into any of Coronacht's other Aspects
- Speak to Artemis with the Bow equipped until you hear the following: "Hey, how'd you get your hands on a nice bow like that? You take good care of Coronacht for me, so I can try it too once you're up here."
- Once the previous 3 requirements have been completed, speak to Artemis (with any weapon) until you hear the secret phrase: "I see you drawn in the arms of the seventh avatar"
Once you've done all of the above, equip Coronacht and then interact with the Bow's shadow-like placeholder to open the Aspects page and the Hidden Aspect will be revealed.

2. Aspect of Talos - Unlock: 1 Titan Blood - Leveling: 1/2/3/4/5 Titan Blood (Total: 15 Titan Blood)
3. Aspect of Demeter - Unlock: 2 Titan Blood - Leveling: 2/2/3/4/5 Titan Blood (Total: 16 Titan Blood)
4. Aspect of Gilgamesh* - Unlock: 3 Titan Blood - Leveling: 3/3/3/3/3 Titan Blood (Total: 15 Titan Blood)
* Hidden Aspect Requirements:
- Eternal Spear's Hidden Aspect "Aspect of Guan Yu" revealed
- At least 5 Titan Blood invested into any of Malphon's other Aspects
- Fight Asterius (as a mini-boss; the boss fight with Theseus does not work) with the Fists equipped until you hear him say the following: "Huh. You mean to fight with me bare-handed this time, short one? I'm not ashamed to say the Champion himself defeated me in such a manner back when we drew breath."
- (After the previous 2 requirements) Continue to seek fights with Asterius (with any weapon) until you hear the secret n phrase: "I see you overcome the wild and make peace with death"
Once you've done all of the above, equip Malphon and then interact with the Fists's shadow-like placeholder to open the Aspects page and the Hidden Aspect will be revealed.
