Whenever possible, improve your relationships with Nyx (in house hades) and Chaos (in chaos land) by talking and giving them nectars. Eventually they will mention something about reuniting. Progress the story by going back and forth to talk to them (takes forever). Seems like equipping the chaos egg as your keepsake forces a chaos gate to spawn in the first few rooms, but i might be wrong.
Nyx will tell you that the only way to reunite them is to repair the Eldest Sigil. That is the red hole in the back of the administrative chamber, which you will also need access to, to finish this prophecy. To repair it, you need to pay the House Contractor 3142 darkness. The work order is on the first tab.
Once it's repaired, talk to Nyx again. She'll be happy you did it, then she will disappear from the house on subsequent visits. Go into a chaos gate and she should be standing near the boon. Talk to her to fulfill the prophecy. Go back to your desk to complete it and you should get the achievement.
Nyx will tell you that the only way to reunite them is to repair the Eldest Sigil. This is taking forever...
The egg apparently helps since I am getting Chaos pretty regularly with it. Since this is my last achievement I've been running through 4-5 Tartarus encounters with no buffs, getting the Chaos gate then dying. Over and over and over.
I cannot get the damn thing to work though. Nyx is refusing to budge from 6 hearts. I have full affinity with Chaos. I am getting just generic answers from both. I wonder if the fact that I got family reunion already messed something up and made them skip the reuniting dialogue. The last relevant thing either one said was about me inviting Chaos to the banquet. Ugh!

This indeed takes forever. Really the last prophecy related achievement I need and the two of them never ever mention about a reunion

This trophy is unlocked by getting Nyx and Chaos to visit each other and can take quite a while to happen. You will need to have both of their relationships maxed out (5 nectars each) and then will need to talk to them as often as possible.

The "Night and Darkness" prophecy states: "The son of the god of the dead shall make certain attempts to aid our Mother Night, who through course of time has grown far apart from Chaos, her parent and origin of all things. – Find a way to reunite Nyx and Chaos." Completing it rewards you with 4 Ambrosia.
This prophecy is to reunite Nyx and Chaos who have become estranged from each other. First you'll need to unlock this prophecy, as you won't have it to begin with. To do that, you'll need to build your relationship with both of them, i.e. to increase your Affinity Gauge until you've reached the locked heart with both. After that, complete runs and talk to them each time until they talk about Chaos wanting to see Nyx again. This will give you the "Night and Darkness" prophecy. Once you have it, you'll need to complete their Favor, so do runs until the House Contractor has a new job under Work Orders called "Eldest Sigil Restoration", which you'll need to purchase for 3124 Darkness.
After you buy it, next time you do a run and enter Chaos' domain, Nyx will be there. Talk to them and the prophecy will be completed and the trophy will pop.
