How to unlock the Something From Everyone achievement in Hades - Definitive Guide
You unlock a keepsake for giving a nectar to someone for the first time. You can check who can give you a keepsake in your codex. Those character who are eligible will have an empty heart container with a bow inside of it. This includes most the chthonic gods, all of the olympian gods, the shades on various floors, and
.
The last two will probably be the last ones you receive, as
isn't unlockable until you succeed for the 10th time, and
as well. Second spoiler keepsake is also the only one in the game that requires giving the person 2 nectars.

How many nectar do you need to give for the hidden keepsake? I got the Heat 9 clear and finished the main story, got the "last" keepsake in the list, and gave nectar to the person for the hidden keepsake you mention but they just took it and gave me nothing in return.

@Pink Freud PhD I believe his is the only one that doesn’t get given on the first nectar, it takes 2. Will update guide accordingly

Requirements: This cannot be done until you've completed the main story quest (10 full clears) because one of the Keepsakes cannot be earned until you've escaped at least once, and another Keepsake is not available to earn until the main story is complete.
To earn this trophy, you'll need to collect all 25 Keepsakes in the game. Keepsakes are trinkets; items you can equip that give you a passive buff during your escapes. You can equip them from the display case in the Courtyard, where the weapons are. You'll not only need to obtain all 25 Keepsakes, but you'll also need to max them out for Friends Forever . This is done by completing multiple runs while equipping them. (See Friends Forever for more information.)
These Keepsakes are given to you as a gift in exchange for the first bottle of Nectar you give that person. Bottles of Nectar is one of the many collectibles/currencies in the game, which you can earn by clearing certain chambers, completing Fated Prophecies, or trading 10 Keys for 1 Nectar at the Wretched Broker.
Although you cannot complete the trophy until you finish the story, you should begin working on this immediately. As soon as you begin your runs, start handing out 1 Nectar to everyone you can right away. This includes the Gods as well as the people at home. To gift Nectar to the Olympian Gods, you'll first have to find that God's boon during your run. Approach it but do not accept the Boon yet! If you have Nectar, when you approach any Boon, underneath the normal command for accepting it should now be a secondary command to Give Nectar by pressing . Once that's done, then you can accept the Boon as usual.
TIP: In my opinion, Skelly's keepsake is one of the best Keepsakes in the game, from beginning to end. It gives you one extra life per escape attempt, so make sure he's one of the first to whom you give a Nectar. Another one I love is Dusa's Harpy Feather Duster, which gives you a % chance to find healing items in urns, and there's always 1 in every chamber.
For a complete list of all Keepsakes in the game, who they're from, and what they do, see below [SPOILER WARNING]:

** The Sigil of the Dead (#25-Hades) is the only one that requires 2 gifts of Nectar rather than 1. The first can be given much earlier, but the second Nectar cannot be given until you've finished the story (10 full clears), at which point the option will finally show up, although it might take a few more runs.
