How to unlock the Something From Everyone achievement in Hades - Definitive Guide

You unlock a keepsake for giving a nectar to someone for the first time. You can check who can give you a keepsake in your codex. Those character who are eligible will have an empty heart container with a bow inside of it. This includes most the chthonic gods, all of the olympian gods, the shades on various floors, and
.

The last two will probably be the last ones you receive, as
isn't unlockable until you succeed for the 10th time, and
as well. Second spoiler keepsake is also the only one in the game that requires giving the person 2 nectars.

How many nectar do you need to give for the hidden keepsake? I got the Heat 9 clear and finished the main story, got the "last" keepsake in the list, and gave nectar to the person for the hidden keepsake you mention but they just took it and gave me nothing in return.

@Pink Freud PhD I believe his is the only one that doesn’t get given on the first nectar, it takes 2. Will update guide accordingly

Just got the last keepsake from Hades. Now have 25 but no achievement? Already quit the game, not using quick resume.

This didn't unlock when I got all the keepsakes. Completed the prophecy for it. I'll try a hard reset in the morning.

How do you give thanatos nectar ? I’ve never gotten the option despite beating him plenty of times.

Thank you! Seems like I have had absurdly bad rng then because in well over 50 runs he has not been in the Achilles hallway once. Only seen him in the house talking to Hypnos, Persephone and such. Could only listen to them then he would disappear right away.

Does anyone know who gives the keepsake for 3rd row, 2nd from right? It's the one I'm missing

@Frother You can also give Thanatos Nectar after competing with him, before talking to him afterwards. At least you can now...

How do you get Hades’ keepsake? My understanding was that you had to beat him ten times and then you can unlock the second heart. However, I beat him 10 times and still couldn’t give it to him. I just beat him an eleventh and still can’t give it to him. Persephone works fine, though.

Wondering the same thing as MattAndersn. I assumed I needed to work through his dialog a bit, which eventually removed the lock on it, but I still can't give him a second nectar and the dialog has returned to filler.

Same as Mattandersn and Tetraconigo…11runs done and Hades still locked…Its a bit frustrating cause at the end of a winning run Hades is not on his throne to speak

I was many runs past defeating Hades 10 times and had not had the nectar gift option for him.

Playing on Series X, I had been in the same session through quick-start for the whole time. I quit out of the game using the menu and re-entered the house. It gave me an option to gift him right away. If you're not getting nectar gifting for Hades and are 10+ wins in, try doing that.

Thanks for the above suggestions, same's been happening to me where I can't give the second gift to Hades. Will test and confirm soon.

So really surprised no one has said this yet. You don't unlock the hades hearts immediately after beating the game. You unlock them in a dialogue with him later when he says "I appreciate your candor, I am grateful for the outcome" etc and then they're unlocked.

After beating the game I just died asap in following runs to get all the dialogue instances, I got it on the third run after. If it means anything, it was the instance where nyx and persephone were talking to each other.

@Wyyvern yup, can confirm, had to reach the point where Hades states "I appreciate your candor" and you unlock the other available hearts. Don't know how relatable the quitting out and jumping back in thing is now.

Once you've met Thanatos in a run & after you die/escape he will be in the house on the left side further down from Achilles. Remember to gift him Nectar before speaking to him as he will disappear after the conversation ends. He will only appear if you've met him in a run beforehand.

@neeker75 It isn’t in front of me so I don’t know the exact order but these are the ones who give the third row of trinkets:

Requirements: This cannot be done until you've completed the main story quest (10 full clears) because one of the Keepsakes cannot be earned until you've escaped at least once, and another Keepsake is not available to earn until the main story is complete.

To earn this trophy, you'll need to collect all 25 Keepsakes in the game. Keepsakes are trinkets; items you can equip that give you a passive buff during your escapes. You can equip them from the display case in the Courtyard, where the weapons are. You'll not only need to obtain all 25 Keepsakes, but you'll also need to max them out for Friends Forever trophy_silver.png. This is done by completing multiple runs while equipping them. (See Friends Forever trophy_silver.png for more information.)

These Keepsakes are given to you as a gift in exchange for the first bottle of Nectar you give that person. Bottles of Nectar is one of the many collectibles/currencies in the game, which you can earn by clearing certain chambers, completing Fated Prophecies, or trading 10 Keys for 1 Nectar at the Wretched Broker.

Although you cannot complete the trophy until you finish the story, you should begin working on this immediately. As soon as you begin your runs, start handing out 1 Nectar to everyone you can right away. This includes the Gods as well as the people at home. To gift Nectar to the Olympian Gods, you'll first have to find that God's boon during your run. Approach it but do not accept the Boon yet! If you have Nectar, when you approach any Boon, underneath the normal command for accepting it should now be a secondary command to Give Nectar by pressing r2.png. Once that's done, then you can accept the Boon as usual.

TIP: In my opinion, Skelly's keepsake is one of the best Keepsakes in the game, from beginning to end. It gives you one extra life per escape attempt, so make sure he's one of the first to whom you give a Nectar. Another one I love is Dusa's Harpy Feather Duster, which gives you a % chance to find healing items in urns, and there's always 1 in every chamber.

For a complete list of all Keepsakes in the game, who they're from, and what they do, see below [SPOILER WARNING]:

Each Keepsake's description contains the effects of Level 1/Level 2/Level 3.

1. Old Spiked Collar (Cerberus) - Gain +25/38/50 Max Health.
2. Myrmidon Bracer (Achilles) - Take 20/25/30% less damage from the front, but +10% from behind.
3. Black Shawl (Nyx) - Deal +10/15/20% more damage striking undamaged foes; also striking foes from behind.
4. Pierced Butterfly (Thanatos) - Gain +1/1.5/2% more damage for each Encounter you clear without taking damage.
5. Bone Hourglass (Charon) - Items from the Well of Charon have durations increased by +4/6/8 Encounters.
6. Chthonic Coin Purse (Hypnos) - Receive +100/125/150 obols (gold coins) to spend as you please (once per escape attempt).
7. Skull Earring (Megaera) - Deal +20/30/40% more damage while at 35% Health or less.

20. Cosmic Egg (Chaos) - Enter Chaos Gates without losing Health. Blessings from Chaos have a +20/30/40% chance to be Rare or better.
21. Shattered Shackle (Sisyphus) - Your Attack, Special, and Cast each deal +50/75/100% more damage while not empowered by a Boon.
22. Evergreen Acorn (Eurydice) - In the final Encounter in each Underworld region, take 0 damage the first 3/4/5 times foes hit you.
23. Broken Spearpoint (Patroclus) - After taking damage, become invulnerable for 1/1.2/1.5 seconds. Refreshes after 7 seconds.
24. Pom Blossom (Persephone)* - After every 6/5/4 Encounters, gain +1 Lv. (a random Boon grows stronger).
25. Sigil of the Dead (Hades)** - Your Call skill becomes "Hades' Aid", which briefly makes you Invisible; your God Gauge starts at 10/20/30% full.

* The Pom Blossom (#24-Persephone) cannot be earned until you've successfully escaped at least 1x and can speak to and give Nectar to Persephone at her cottage.
** The Sigil of the Dead (#25-Hades) is the only one that requires 2 gifts of Nectar rather than 1. The first can be given much earlier, but the second Nectar cannot be given until you've finished the story (10 full clears), at which point the option will finally show up, although it might take a few more runs.
