Go to the On-demand menu. At the end you'll see credits. Just choose it and let them run. You don't need to interact with it, just let it run.

In the GRR On Demand channel, in the last time slot, you will see the credits, watch the whole thing, and when it's over, the achievement is yours. The game doesn't really know if you're watching, so you can feel free to go do other things, but the theme song is rather entertaining.
