You can use 4 controllers to obtain this one. That is any type: guitar, dancepad, reg. controller. Go into a VS mode and select any stage you're comfortable with. Then select any bomb related game. You'll obtain this achievement after punching 20 bombs. This is not required to be done in one game, you can do it in the course of however many it'll take you to punch 20.
Khaos
Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose "Political Minefield." In this game, bombs will fall from the sky. Run up to one and press 
to punch it. Repeat 20 times for an explosion of achievement goodness.
