Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up any map and choose and game. Take your main character and leave them alone where they are. Take a secondary controller, and have that character beat the game. When the game ends, your main character will have this shiny achievement.

I recommend trying to get this on one of the Cloud of Scandal events, especially once you're down to one other competitor. The AI competitor will focus on getting clams, so just keep avoiding the cloud and this will pop.
