Start up a VS. game, and take control of all 4 players, and load up "Watergates" and choose "Yard signs." Take your character and run around the map collecting clams. Once you have clams collected, go up to the black and white yard signs and press 
to claim them. Once all signs have been claimed, the game will end, bringing this and "Pacifist" along with it, provided you did not strike any of your opponents.

This achievement is easy to do if you have 4 controllers.
In VS mode, choose 1 primary. Sign in each controller.
Choose the level Serenity's end, then Yard signs.
Just leave the 3 other controllers alone and hit Y on each Yard Sign (costs 1 clam) They pop up 2 or 3 at a time and freeze after about 30 seconds. This should only take about 2 minutes and will pop before the score screen even comes up.
