I found the easiest way to do this was holding the ball on bottom right flipper, then hitting it when it crosses the x10 spot on the table. Works pretty much every time and very repeatable.

Activating Multiball on this table is a bit tougher than many of the other Pinball tables from this developer. It actually ended up being the last achievement I unlocked, since due to the nature of the shots required, I didn't stumble on it naturally.
In theory, it's quite simple to start; at the top of the table, slightly left, is a ramp leading to a tree with a face. Hitting the ball up this ramp and into the face causes the tree to lift up, 'opening' it's mouth. You'll then have 5 seconds to hit your ball up the same ramp once more and into the now open mouth. Simply do this 3 times, and you'll activate Multiball.
In practice, I found hitting that shot twice in 5 seconds pretty difficult (but, I always struggle with time-based objectives in pinball). Options include both bottom flippers, though the right one is much more reliable; and the upper right flipper can also manage it but it's a pretty tricky shot.
