On Majestic maps you must kill 3 players while they are using their jetpack. The most important thing is that they are thrusting upwards. If they release thrust before you kill them it will not count towards the achievement.
The three Majestic maps are: Landfall, Monolith and Skyline.

Boosting method
est time: 5 mintutes for 8 people
map: Skyline
playlist: Any available
loadout: Any just include Jet Packs
All players meet at the sticky detonator;
The back button brings up the leaderboard; starting from the top going down get's the achievement.
First player grabs the detonator, 3 players group together and Jet Pack just after being stickied by the First player, First player detonates.

This glitch has already been fixed, you guys. Go for it. If you already did it, it will unlock as soon as you load the game.

You sure it is fixed? I held a boosting session yesterday and 5 of us could not get this achievevent, I think it is still glitched, any advice?

As of 2/19/15, playing just one or two Majestic maps will automatically pop all of the Majestic DLC achievements.

Just a heads up - this one can be frustrating! Your enemy needs to be holding down their left bumper when you kill them (or whichever button they have programmed for their jet pack). For example, if they jet pack straight into the air, then let go, then you get your kill... It won't count. Also, this achievement is cumulative, which means it does not need to be accomplished in one match.

You can't get this through airassassinations, I tried that in FFA and it didn't work, you need to either shoot/beat/stick the enemies.

A way to tell if someone is holding the left bumper down is if you see the fire coming out of the jet pack. If they're midair but the jet pack isn't lit up then the kill won't count.

This achievement and Ashes to Ashes are glitched due to the Champions Title Update. People have said that if you clear the system cache, delete your profile only, recover your profile and finally re-update the patch it'll work. This is what the 343 Admins have said; "We are aware of an issue and we are currently investigating the unlocking of this achievement."
Until they release a patch to fix this, you're out of luck.

What do you mean by 're-update the patch'? How do you re-update it? Are you saying to re-download the Title Update?

Tried getting pigs can fly achievement tonight and still no joy. So I am deleting everything related to halo 4 off my console and starting over with a fresh install and new downloads. I will not re install the champions bundle, and will see if I can get away with not downloading the title update. And then deleting my cache and profile and recovering my profile. We will see if this works on Friday.

The issues are concurrent with every "accumulative" achievement in Halo 4.
343 knows about it and are investigating the problem.

Anyone who has problems, would you please post specifics: whether you had gotten any achievements from the Champions Bundle prior to attempting this achievement or not. Did you buy any piece of the champions dlc? Etc.

Yes, the patch is live. Your achievements should unlock at the main menu. There are some reports of achievements even unlocking without the requirements being met, but better they be too generous rather than unobtainable.

Anyone else having trouble with theirs unlocking still? None of my Majestic achievements unlocked. After boosting the rest with my buddy, Pigs Can Fly still hasn't unlocked for me.

I hate to ask, since 343 originally asked similar questions before believing there was a glitch, but are you sure you got 3 good kills? According to other solutions, the person you kill must be holding down LB and not be out of fuel; flames should be coming out of their jet pack. Also, airssassinations don't work. The top solution suggests the Sticky Detonator on Skyline.

The achievement was certainly fixed for some, since the unlocks on TA shot up from about 2-3 per day to over 60. I really hope we can figure out what isn't working for you. Good luck.

I'll try a Sticky Detonator when I get home today, but I feel like I was getting legit kills. I tried melee on the ground then head shots with the DMR, tried instant Rocket Kills as soon as he lifted off, tried going into the air simultaneously and grav hammering, sniping head shots with the beam rifle, and a few others. Probably got about 100 kills in before giving up last night.

What's so interesting is that my friend immediately unlocked all the achievements we were missing (we always play together) and yet when I logged I missed all the Majestic ones. Very frustrating, since I know it popped for probably almost everyone else. Specifically waited to play until there was a fix too. D:
