In Forge mode, select an object you have placed (I used a box) and press "p" to bring up the properties menu, and then scroll over to "color" and simply change the color to anything else. You may need to save the map and then quit out of forge for the achievement to pop.
Caramel, Cardinal
In Forge mode select an object you have placed (e.g. a box) and press "P" to bring up the properties menu, and then from there select "colour" and simply change the colour to anything else.
