How to unlock the Home Court Advantage achievement in Halo 5: Forge - Definitive Guide

Simple way to get this without boosting.

You don't need to create a map from scratch. You can take someone else's map, add an object, and save it as a new map. The game will then recognize it as your map. You can use this to "steal" a popular map to entice players into joining your game.

Start a new public custom game on that map with any team-based gametype (such as Slayer). Wait for someone to join. Now, someone needs to score. It doesn't matter who scores; one team just needs to be in the lead. If you score, end the game right then and you will get the achievement.

If the player on the other team scores, switch teams. The game will end automatically. You will still get the achievement because (1) there are two players in the game and (2) you were on the winning team.

That's how I did it: another player joined, killed me, then I switched to his team. Achievement unlocked.

I made a 2 player max slayer, someone joined and immediately left, I threw a grenade at an explosive barrel and got -1 on my team, switched teams, and quit. I got the achievement and the guy who left was on the after match results.

Once you have created a map, simply start a game with one other player and win.

Note: you could take a well know map that is already done, open it in Forge then re-save it as your own, to make sure it works.
